Our Executive Chef, David Parker, is not only a valued key member of our company, but is also loved and respected by his co-workers and the Colorado Springs community. Prior to becoming our Executive Chef in January, 2004, he served as Executive Sous Chef under our Exec. Chef Marianne Schmidt for 9 years. David attributes his flair with food to his mother, a Finnish immigrant who cooked with passion and enjoyed cooking local cuisines. Since his family moved frequently, David had already been exposed to the culinary delights of Paris, San Francisco and New York before he was even 12 years old. David has taken top honors at the Colorado Springs Chorale's "Chefs Gala" and deserves much credit for our continued success and catering testimonials.
