The Picnic Basket Catering Co. began in 1989 when two friends combined their passion for food and their quest for adventure and opened the door to an innovative yet affordable catering alternative in Colorado Springs. We could hardly have imagined that this little dream of an idea would evolve into one of the largest and most successful catering companies in Colorado. Today, Picnic Basket provides affordable, portable feasts for all kinds of clients. From "boxless" lunches to VIP events, lunch for the boardroom or platters for the baby shower, The Picnic Basket is there, when you have more taste... than time. Our sister company Cravings Catering specializes in five-star events requiring logistical expertise as well as that "extra touch" and Buffalo Gals Grilling offers mouthwatering catered picnics and BBQ.
